Newsletter

Mind Matters is the semiannual newsletter of the UCSF Memory and Aging Center and Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center research programs. The Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC), directed by Dr. Bruce Miller and funded by the National Institute on Aging, is a research program that supports and promotes research on Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative diseases that cause dementia.

This research program is being conducted by the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), the Gladstone Institute of Neurological Disease (GIND) and the Department of Veteran Affairs at San Francisco (VA). The ADRC is composed of several components — for more information, click here. The Memory and Aging Center (MAC), also directed by Dr. Bruce Miller, is the clinical program, providing assessment and treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.

Mind Matters is published every Spring and Fall. In order to view the newsletters, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you cannot open the newsletter, click here to download the free program:
